New students must be referred to Cal Hills. Please call to make an intake appointment starting August 10, 2009 with Mrs. Donna Prestano at 408-635-2690 ext 4211 or E-mail dprestan@musd.org
Student and Parent/Guardian must attend intake appointment. Parent/Guardian must provide ID and two current proofs of residency, Mortage Statement or Rental Agreement and Current utility Bill (PGE) or garbage bill or waterbill. No phone bills will be accepted. Additional forms maybe required. Student must provide Birth Certificate and Withdrawal Form before enrollment process is complete.
Returning students will only be required to bring in two current proofs of residency in order to receive a Registration Packet. All packets must completed and returned to the office by Friday, August 21, 2009. Schedules will be handed out on the first day of school provided that you have returned your Registration Packet.

This Online Drivers Education Course is approved by the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
Reading, flash graphics, video?s, and quizzes will prepare the reader to pass the written DMV test.
